Everyone’s journey to heal their relationship with food is unique. Your current circumstances, lifestyle, history and personality will all play a role in what your journey will look like. Our one to one coaching service will work with you to better understand yourself and your issues and find the best way to challenge and overcome them with a coach to provide advice, support and accountability along the way. This multidisciplinary approach addresses your present day struggles while also finding and addressing the root cause in order to ensure lifelong recovery.
The Balance coaching service is a personalised approach to improving your health and recovering your relationship with food. Our experienced and qualified coaches will provide you with the nutritional guidance required for your recovery and a safe space to explore your issues and work with you to understand the impact of your experiences, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Recovery is challenging and will take courage and patience but, with Balance, you will have a coach and a process to support you every step of the way. Your coach will ensure you keep moving forward and learn from the challenges at a pace that works for you.
Your journey with Balance will empower you to embrace a life free from binge eating, and continue that pursuit of a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life long after you’ve finished with coaching.
How We Work
The first step of your journey is to book a free consultation call, where you can get to know us better and we can get to know you and decide if Balance is the right fit for you.
You will then be sent a screening questionnaire and once this is returned you will be assigned a dietician or nutritionist coach who is the right fit for you.
Your coach will create a nutrition and lifestyle plan unique to you and your goals. Each week, you will check in with your coach reflecting on how your week has gone and they will give you feedback and an updated plan and advice for the week to come.
Throughout the week you will also have access to your coach via WhatsApp and email for support or any questions you may have.
Each week will be a stepping stone towards your goals and achieving your healthiest, happiest self!
